Residential Services are a more traditional form of my services (IE, a "house call") Services such as device installations, Ethernet wall jacks, Network Storage Devices, Backups, Streaming/Gaming Setups all fall under this category. All services that require a home visit will be subject to a standard $75 diagnostic fee (waived if services are rendered), and a minimum of two billable hours, or a flat service fee.
Remote services can be rendered over phone, with me remoting into your device via Anydesk software. This is free software and works like a breeze, and helps me fix your issues anytime, anywhere. Services under this category include Internet Optimizations for Gaming/Streaming, Software Configurations, PC Tuning & Educational/Consulting Services.
